Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand. The Governing Board ensures that the welfare of the students, staff and academic standards are being upheld to the highest levels and that the vision of the academy is being promoted by the School’s Leadership Team and Management.
